            Delegate Rowe moves to amend HB301 on page 1, Section 4g, line 15 by striking out the number “5.98%” and inserting in lieu thereof, the number “6.5%”;

            And,

            On page 2, Section 4g, line 26 by striking out the number “5.98%” and inserting in lieu thereof, the number “6.5%”.
